Welcome to Sterling Bed & Breakfast, if you are in need of a relaxing break in comfortable modern surroundings, then Sterling is the perfect place to stay 

The house is situated in a quiet residential area of Penrhyn Bay. We are just 2.8 miles from the Victorian holiday resort of Llandudno and 1.6 miles from the quite seaside resort of Rhos on Sea, in the county of Conwy, North Wales.  

Hotel Information

Our groundfloor suite will comfortably accommodate two adults. It has its own private entrance and comprises of three rooms, a large living area which allows you to relax, a compact bedroom with ample wardrobe and draw space and finally an ensuite spacious walk in shower room.

Breakfast is served in your own private dining area. Special dietary needs can be catered for on request. Breakfast is served at a time of your choosing.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and parking is available on the drive at the front of the house and is monitored by CCTV

Please note: All bookings form a direct contract between the hotel provider and guest based on the following booking conditions

Booking Procedure

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night of each stay, payable by credit/debit. In the case of one night stays the full amount of booking will be charged.

Payment

We accept most major debit/credit cards (including American Express) and cash in settlement of your final bill. Please note there is no surcharge for credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged (deposit lost). If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
