Please note: All bookings form a direct contract between the hotel provider and guest based on the following booking conditions
Payment is not required now but details of your valid credit/debit card are used to guarantee your reservation.
Payment must be made upon arrival. Each guest will pay for their own accommodation and all extras using their own credit/debit card unless otherwise stipulated by the guest.
Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival: free of charge. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged one night’s stay.
The hotel will charge late cancellations and no shows to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
We have implemented a cashless policy to help reduce Covid-19 for both our staff and guests. A cashless system also means we are able to improve our service and customer experience
